Sustainability at SGA
Environmental
Sustainability matters to us, and we work actively to reach our sustainability goals, manage risks, and capture opportunities that strengthen our competitiveness. We work to minimize our direct and indirect environmental impact. SGA sources 100% renewable electricity, and we no longer use plastic packaging material in our operations.
Social
We will continue to be an attractive employer, offering exciting development opportunities in a safe, healthy, and equal workplace. Workplace safety is a top priority: we carry out regular safety inspections and pursue continuous improvement, and we’re proud of our track record over the past several years. We conduct regular employee surveys, follow up on the results and encourage physical activity and well-being.
Governance
We work to contribute to a thriving local community through local partnerships. We value our stakeholders, and we earn their trust through professionalism, integrity, and high ethical standards. In practice, this means making sound business decisions, striving for quality, our customers expect and pursuing continuous improvement.
SGA maintains ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification and uses ISO 26000 for guidance on social responsibility. At least 90% of our suppliers are required to sign our Code of Conduct.
In 2026, SGA was awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, achieving a score of 80 which placing us among the top 6% of companies in the “wholesale of electronic and telecommunication equipment and parts” industry assessed by EcoVadis. We’re continuing to strengthen our sustainability performance, with our sights set on Gold next year.
