Miniature CQFN Package

The CQFN packages from SGA are miniature hermetic ceramic packages specifically designed for high temperature applications using ceramic substrates.

The package lid is seam welded to the seal ring to create an hermetic package that will withstand high temperature soldering processes.

High-Temperature Sensor Amplifier Module

The SG0614 is a high-temperature module to be used in a sensor. The very small dimensions makes it possible to fit the module inside a 8mm tube. This module demonstrates the capability to make small high-temperature products using the SG0611.

High-Temperature Instrumentation Amplifier with Sensor Supply

The SG0611 is an instrumentation amplifier designed for use in sensors working at high temperature up to +225°C.

The gain of the differential amplifier is programmable in more than 40 steps without external components.

A 5V voltage reference provides supply voltage to the amplifier stage and to the sensor bridge. A high voltage pre-regulator is also included to increase the supply voltage range.

The device is manufactured in an SOI process with very low leakage currents and a high-temperature metal system to guarantee continuous operation at high temperature.

The amplifier is available in a small 6x6mm ceramic package, as Die and in CERDIP package.

High-Temperature Instrumentation Amplifier Evaluation Board

The SG0611/E2 is an evaluation board for the SG0611, High-Temperature Instrumentation Amplifier.

The board is manufactured using high-temperature components suitable for evaluation up to +225°C. A separate connection board is provided for easy access to signals at room temperature.

With the default configuration of the board it is possible to instantly evaluate a high-temperature sensor application with a selectable gain from 18x to 278x.
